So i did wrote to support and also made a diax - i went to a com shop and had my com checked out - and they did uininstall the grapic card - reinstalled it and updated it and still the same result -not getting further in game to what i described - I ran virus scans - clean registry - and all else i could think of - but its still the same now 24 hours later.
